Student Testimonials from Pilot Clinic at Monash Law

Clinic: Monash Law, Pilot Clinic, 2018

Under the supervision of Dr Caroline Henckels, Academic Supervisor and Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Monash University, the Monash Law Pilot Clinic undertook two projects: one studying whether legislation governing Public-Private Partnerships in a sample of non-OECD countries in Sub-Saharan Africa aligns with the principles of effective governance set out in the Addis Ababa Action Agenda, and the second examining the Technical Barriers to Trade chapter of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership.
