Second project by NUS Pilot

A second project from NUS Pilot Clinic examining the legal complexities that may arise in the context of negotiations, implementation and interpretation of Prohibition on Performance Requirements obligations in international investment agreements.

The project was supervised by Professor N. Jansen Calamita and Dr Ayelet Berman from the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore, Singapore.
